Added enbseries.ini with enabled Rays which is needed for Project 2DFX Disabled Rays by default if not using Project 2DFX You can see any update changes here in the description. I would recommend to keep revisiting this mod page sometimes to check for mod updates. Screenshots using iCEnhancer 3.0 Natural with patch 1.0.7.0: See here I still strongly recommend to use the 1.0.4.0 version if you want the best visuals. Foggy and lighting weather are both different in visuals compared to the 1.0.4.0 version but other weathers are almost identical. It's not same as polished and beautiful like the 1.0.4.0 version but it works fine which was my only goal here so please don't complain when your game doesn't look same as good as on my shown screenshots. Big thanks goes to donnits who helped me to make iCEnhancer 3.0 compatible for patch 1.0.7.0/1.0.8.0 and EFLC. Without his mod this modified Icenhancer 3.0 version wouldn't be possible obviously. Also thanks to Icelaglace again for his great Icenhancer 3.0 graphic mod. A lot of thanks to BisonSales and Icelaglace who helped me with some issues I had. This mod was developed for GTA IV patch 1.0.4.0 but later I decided to add compatibility to patch 1.0.7.0/1.0.8.0 and also to EFLC. I spent about 300 hours to make this mod. My inspiration was the never released Icenhancer C by Icelaglace and Natural Vision Remastered by Razed for GTA V. This mod aims to make GTA IV more natural, less dark and more vibrant. If you plan on 100% completing the game and the DLC, badinfos (ironic) has some great guides.Screenshots ( 1080p, 1440p and 4K) : Flickr album If you want to spice up the colors, you can try this timecyc mod:, although there may be better alternatives, and I don't really recommend it anyways because the game is supposed to lack vibrant colors to fit the theme. I wouldn't recommend playing the game past 60 FPS, because if you can even do that, the game introduces some physics problems and should only be played at 60 FPS or lower. Your graphics settings should be mostly maxed out but turn down view distance to 25 and detail distance to 40 if you're looking to play with the best performance but also best graphics. I would also recommend installing the DXVK translation layer to make the game run using the Vulkan API, which will greatly increase performance and reduce frame drops. You can downgrade the game to 1.0.7.0, fix many issues, keep the steam achievements, and restore all removed music. I even rewatches the entire video to make absolutely sure I didn't miss anything. Somebody help me dude I just wanna Play GTA 4 modded this shouldnt be so damn hard to find a true updated 2023 modding guide because that one from 2021 isn't working and I just wasted 3 hours figuring out this shit all for it to not work. or keep both? Idk what to do at this point because I followed this dude's guide slowly (had to pause and rewind multiple times) and when I go to click "PlayGTAIV.exe" the game doesn't even launch. I pause the video where he clicks "PlayGTAIV.exe" and he never actually deleted the files that he told you to delete in the first place. Then without even a pause he goes right to starting the game. then tell you to delete either of those 2 (dxvk, dxwrapper) but doesn't actually tell you which one you should delete. Then proceeds to say that he didn't realize they aren't compatible with each other. First it says to downloa dxvk and dxwrapper.
